Our most requested service is the In-House Workshop. You select the people you want to develop, and we work with you to design and deliver a tailored learning program just for them. Many of our clients see these workshops as a way to develop a competitive advantage by enhancing their organization’s collective toolset. By hosting a workshop exclusively for your own people—whether within a specific function or from across the organization—you not only enhance the skills of the selected participants, but you begin the process of embedding those skills within your organization and developing a shared language.

For these programs, we most commonly work with groups of 20 - 30 participants but have worked with groups as small as five or six up to groups as large as 60. The best value for your money is the two-day workshop, though we can also deliver an abbreviated, one-day version. We provide your people with a set of high-impact tools and—more importantly—individualized coaching and feedback to ensure they know what they do well, where they can improve, and how to continue the progress they begin during the workshop.

Group Buy In

From time to time we offer Open-Enrollment Workshops which can be attended by individuals or small groups. Some of our clients find this an effective way to develop their people at a pace that is more amenable to their work demands. If it’s difficult for you to take a whole team out of the office, or out of the market all at once, you may find this is a good solution for you.

Most of the time these sessions are held in metropolitan areas like Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago or New York. But, when we discover there is enough demand in a smaller city, we are happy to stage them elsewhere.
